Adjacent to the living room, the dining area offers a seamless blend of style and function with a simple yet elegant dining setup. It's positioned to facilitate easy access and interaction between the two spaces, enhancing the unit's open-plan design. This area features enough seating for family meals or hosting guests, providing a practical yet inviting space.
Living Room
This area serves as a versatile space with comfortable seating arranged around a warm fireplace, suitable for relaxation or socializing. The decor is understated yet functional, designed to accommodate both quiet evenings and small gatherings.
Bedroom
Each bedroom is designed to support restful sleep, featuring king-sized beds and calming lighting. The environment is deliberately kept serene to enhance the quality of relaxation and sleep.
The two-bedroom units range from 1128 to 1200 square feet
Exterior/View
The outdoor patio features simple yet functional amenities, including a grill for barbecues and comfortable seating arrangements. This setup allows for enjoyable dining and relaxation while appreciating the quiet beauty of the surrounding area.

1795 Higgins Farm Windmill Village
It is authenticated in a map dated 1795 which shows the mill standing close to what is now the corner of Rte. 6A and Ellis Landing Road. Reportedly, the eerie creaking of the mill’s arms frightened passing horses, and it was moved, at some unrecorded time, about 100 yards down Ellis Landing. - Brewster Historical Society

1799 Captain Elijah Cobb House
In the late 1700s Captain Cobb wrote home from sea: “My pertner [sic] in life’s voyage has run me in debt for a Cape Cod farm.” He bought the farm from Thankful Freeman, widow of David Freeman, and built his home in 1799, moving in on New Year’s Day 1800. The property then stretched all the way to Cape Cod Bay.
